I’ve been a resident here for a year now and actually have had all of the things I reported fixed in a timely manner. Had my AC fixed at 3am while I fell asleep on the couch. When I woke up, I had AC. Love this place.

This place was amazing! The staff like Roseo the Property manager are awesome and they keep the property well taken care of. I stayed here for 14 months and loved staying here. I was in a spacious one bedroom on the bottom floor and didn't have a issue at all. I felt spoiled with all the welcoming neighbors and people there. The only reason I moved was because my family got bigger. Had it not I would have stayed longer. I was so happy with the company I moved to another Pangea location to fit my family needs. Highly Recommend to anyone!!!

I really enjoy this Apartment complex. It has the nicest and most helpful staff. Anything I have needed they have been on top of very quickly. From what I hear there was a change of staff in the office and I can say the current ones are amazing. They are very affordable and a lot of the units have been renovated recently. They make sure that they fix issues quickly so that they don't start to become run down. The other residents are all really nice. Many times when walking my dog I run into someone I have never met and we have a great conversation about anything and everything. It is in a really nice location near Broadripple and all that there is to do there. I would HIGHLY recommend these apartments to anyone.
