I'm updating this review when necessary. This place has a lot of potential, but isn’t ready yet, and sadly probably never will be based on my experience so far. Nothing gets fixed, fixed correctly, or breaks down again soon after supposed repair. Multiple times now I believe I've been told something is fixed that was obviously not. Sure, the washer was replaced if you replaced it with one that looks exactly the same and is also broken, sort of thing. You’ll be promised a lot of things in which they have never delivered to me and I moved in the first day, maybe the second day, they allowed residents to move in. These other, sudden positive reviews couldn't have possibly come from people that live here. People are pissed. Multiple units have electrical outlets that don't work or lights that won't turn off, cold showers, key fob system that took 3+ weeks to install had never worked even though it has supposedly been repaired several times. They won't fix things. I know because I experience these things and I introduce myself to people as I encounter them and they tell me. There is a thief that lives here or has access to the building. At least two other people have had things stolen because it was in the common area and they won't give you access to the security system. You won't be able to have packages delivered here because they'll be stolen by a neighbor or someone passing by when the courier can't get in. I've encountered an unresponsive body on the steps upon leaving for work. There is no fitness center and zero progress on one. There is no resident lounge. Laundry facility has rusted equipment that has broken down several times and stolen money. The floor in there is always wet to flooded and looks like the farm pigs have been in there after a rain. In fact, I'm doing laundry tonight and dropped a wash cloth on the floor after removing it from the washer. I just left it there. One night someone downstairs told me he was on "fire watch" because the fire alarm system was broken. The elevator is broken down and hasn't worked in almost a week. It's probably not going to work for a long time. Actually, it broke down on me once and trapped me within. The health department has already been here and cited them for multiple violations. Unless you're a prospective resident, they don't return calls. Your calls go to a call center in which that person takes a message. If they respond, it will be by text message. It's surreal what we're going thru. Today I came home and the key fob entry system is still broken *and* the traditional physical key doesn't work either. Elevator is still busted. Does this honest review sound like a place that could suddenly have so many authentic glamorous reviews?
