**THIS REVIEW IS ONLY BASED OF MY MAINTENANCE REQUEST OF A CLOGGED GARBAGE DISPOSAL** Thankyou Don for coming and going the extra mile to get my maintenance request done. He did a great job and stayed late to make sure my request was completed. Thankyou so much. Now with that being said, the reviews are all things I have experienced with this apartment complex! Every single one of these reviews are very accurate. My 5 stars is based ONLY on the new maintenance guy Don, and the new agent in the office. He came quickly after I put my request in and had to do ALOT of work just to get my sink to drain, I couldn’t even wash dishes, EVERY TIME I ran the disposal nasty water would fill both sides of my sink. Yes, there’s no consistency with the office, phone is never answered, the last staff that was there was RUDE AF. Never had maintenance, the complex is clearly an older complex that has not been taken care of. It definitely needs some upgrades and staff that care about their jobs and the residents of this complex. There’s a new property mgr I met today (4th one since I’ve been here 2 years) so I’m hoping there will be some changes in just the day to day operations of running this complex and taking the proper steps to get some structure

Don he’s a maintenance technician at this property he went above and beyond his duties in my opinion he’s very professional and helpful I told him my issues and within minutes he had a solution and figured the problems out thanks again in this climate we need more worker’s like him very hard working.
