Karla Castro and Alicia Smith are the best. Extremely helpful, cheerful, professional, the whole 9 yards. Perfect service. Karla was super helpful to me and such a valuable part of me being able to get what I needed. I am incredibly grateful to have met her and receive the opportunity to be assisted by her. I’m blown away. Karla also went out of her way to help me outside of business hours. I never want to deal with anyone else! Again thank you and very very grateful and satisfied. I’ve been a resident here for a year now and actually have had all of the things I reported fixed in a timely manner. Had my AC fixed at 3am while I fell asleep on the couch. When I woke up, I had AC. Love this place.
