They take great care of the pool/clubhouse/surrounding areas and makes sure that it is clean and stocked with whatever you might need while there. Maintenance Staff: I've only had a request once and the immediate response and care was fantastic! He will reply instantly -- you don't have to you change your own light bulbs, they do it for you (also I can't reach so...)! If you are looking for a place that has a courteous and responsive maintenance team, look no further! *Main reason why I wanted to live in an apartment... so I don't have to take care of those things myself. *My bonus was gas stove for cooking. Gas stove cooks your food more evenly in my opinion!!! No place is perfect, but for the price and location, you will not find better in Indianapolis. Cheers

She was quick, respectful, and honest when it came to providing honest feedback on the neighborhood rather than telling me what I want to hear just to get me in. For me to be a single mom with no support I truly felt supported through the whole process. Maintenance was real respectful when installing my washer n dryer while I wasn’t there, they also came in a timely manner which is not really common for most apartments around this area. They came straight in and did their job and nothing more n left right back out. It’s quiet, everybody keeps the community clean me and my boys absolutely love it here.
