So glad I stuck it out! THEN: Prior to this time last year, many familiar faces were anxious to vacate... and did so. It was a sloppy transition of ownership, especially apparent in its appearance. My review read "SMH" 1star (I've since deleted that one). This is home, I have higher expectations. I'm not transient... "just a place to sleep, shut my curtains, move in, move out"... By Nov. '23 I said below "it's getting better... NOW: On Dec. 25th 2023 we received notice A NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM! I'm excited to say the shift of energy seemed immediate. I've not met the entire team, but I met Julian Littlejohn briefly, his charm and enthusiasm is palpable. I'm so glad I stuck it out... Meridia Trails at Lakeside is a charming & convenient place to live (as I said below) and now, it's even better. Past review. "It's getting better all the time..." I've lived at TrailsAtLakeside since 2014. Often I've experienced growing pains with staff changes, increased charges, and new ownership. I'm here because I'm home. I feel safe. My neighbors are lovely. The landscape is beautiful with greenery surrounded by water. The store is 1 mile away, we're surrounded by eateries close by. Now, we have, what appears, a complete staff crew. The office personnel are very personable, helpful, and pleasant. The maintenance techs are pleasant and appear to always be on task. It takes alot to clean up after folks day after day, (after day...) and I'm very grateful they're here doing just that, because this is my forever home.

Kierra the assistant property manager was so informed and helpful during my tour! The apartment itself was gorgeous and had tons of natural light and the on-site amenities were also very well taken care of, especially the workout equipment. I can't wait to hopefully move in! Total gem for the area
