My experience living at Lawrence Landing Apartments has been great. I have been living here for more than 5 years. I love that they are family oriented, all about coming together, keeping the community clean, and most importantly always including the residents in any and all social events that occurs. Not to mention the staff are very friendly and cares about you as an individual .

My husband and I have been living here for 6 months, it’s beautiful!! I love waking up to see the ducks in the pond and sitting out on the patio with a cup of coffee. Great location with easy access to the highway to get to anywhere you wanna go, a short drive to the mall which is perfect for the holidays! The dog park is always clean and I love being able to take our dogs there. The high ceilings in the apartments are a dream, it makes it feel very open and bright! If you’re looking to move definitely check out Lawrence Landing!

Moved- in a week ago and we're having the best experience so far. Ms Dee was very kind throughout the process: from touring to moving-in. Also the apartment was very clean (newly painted and all)...we can't complain but enjoy our new home. ***One thing to mention: we live in the first floor and the duck pond is really dirty in front of our patio.

I've been living here for 2 1/2 years and i must say this is one of my favorite apartment living experience. The office staff is amazing especially Ms. D and Kimi. As well the maintenance crew is always reachable and always attending our needs as well. Love my neighbors, the community, the layout and space of my apartment. everything has been a pleasure here at Lawrence Landing!!! (:

You will absolutely love living here! The leasing staff is always professional and welcoming. The maintenance staff is fast and efficient. They take great pride in keeping the property clean with manicured landscaping. They also host a lot of events to encourage community building and interaction. I have lived here for 3 years.

Disclaimer: I have not lived here, I just took a tour today. Dee was very nice and told us everything that we needed to know. I had a time constraint and she worked really well with that. Overall, I was very impressed with the tour and am highly considering moving into this community.

I visited the place today and was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. They were very helpful and accommodating with my move-in requirements. I found a unit that suits me and my 4-year-old son perfectly. The entire area was neat and tidy.

Lawrence Landing Apartments have been home since I move to Indy over a year ago. The apartment complex it’s well taken care off. The area is kept clean. Neighbors are friendly. And best of all it’s a safe environment. The office staff, maintenance crew and managers are very friendly and profesional. They go that extra mile to make sure you can call this place HOME. You will love the pond with the ducks and turtles! JM
