I honestly don't understand the negative reviews on here. The fact that the building caught on fire was NOT management's fault at all. I've lived here for 4 years now and really enjoy it. It's in a great location, tucked away but within walking distance to the broad ripple strip. There is a lot of good dinning around here. Also if you like biking or you have a dog, monon trail is 2 minutes away. After the fire they redid a huge portion of the building. They redid the gym. It's in a better more well thought out layout with rubber flooring. I do yoga in there and use the space a lot. They added new furniture. Ive had friends over a few times for drinks and its a better layout to hang out than what the apartment previously had. Lastly, Management is great. I live in an older unit and management is always fast to respond. Everyone I have dealt with is nice, down to earth, and does a good job.
