This spot is small and best suitable for smaller vehicles. There is also ample street parking. Ride share apps pick up within minutes and there are EV scooters available for rent. This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the main entrance and behind the home. These are motion activated and can be remotely monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, there is a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio. Tampering with cameras or the sensor will result in additional fees. Damages must be reported promptly and are to be paid by the guest. No parties are allowed, and there is a $2000 party fee. No smoking is allowed, and there is a $1000 smoking fee. The maximum property capacity is 5, and no unregistered guests are allowed. By booking this property, you agree to fill out the verification sent to you upon booking. If you refuse, do not pass, or are flagged, your booking can be canceled.
