He was always so friendly and ready to help out! If you’re thinking about moving in to this community ask for Austin. Also the maintenance team has been amazing!! Anytime anything needed to be fixed they were super quick to get the work done. If the problem wasn’t fixed immediately they would work on it until the job was completed correctly! Come in for a tour Saturday morning and despite how busy the office staff was both Catherine & Cielo were very attentive and helpful. I was immediately greeted offered water/coffee and didn't have to wait for more than a couple mins to start the tour. They did direct me to this cool screen they have for virtual tours to start off there. which was great because they have all floor plans there! While on the tour I was pleasantly surprised by our stop at the resident lounge where they were hosting a resident event so i got to enjoy some fresh coffee and bagels along with meeting the courtesy officer. Safety is super important to me so knowing they have this at the community definitely put sunrise at the top of my list. Along with the girls in the office who where so pleasant.
