Feel at home in this inviting home, located just 15 minutes from NRG Stadium and the Rodeo, comfortably accommodating 14 guests. This one-floor home is perfect for family reunions or friend getaways. The open living area is a great spot for everyone to gather as a group. This cozy and inviting space is modern but warm, with stunning interior design, cozy furniture, and beautiful décor. You'll also have your own awesome movie room designed for a great movie-watching experience and furnished with comfy seating. The updated kitchen features white cabinets, butcher block counters, and stainless-steel appliances and comes fully equipped with everything you’ll need. All linens and towels are provided. Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests. You'll relax in the soothing hot tub under the stars and gather around the crackling fire pit for cozy evenings. Landscaping is done once a week. The neighborhood offers a good balance of residential living with access to local parks, shopping centers, and restaurants. You'll find a Walmart, Randalls, Kroger and Fiesta grocery stores 5 to 10 minutes from the home. Shopping is also available with Meyerland Plaza just 10 min away. When you're ready to explore downtown you'll get there in 30 minutes to go to the museums, zoo and the many things downtown Houston has to offer. Only registered guests are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. No indoor smoking is allowed, and a $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Drugs, weapons and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. The total number of guests and pets spending the night must be registered in the reservation. All events must be previously discussed and explicitly authorized. All cars must be parked in the property’s driveway. Stained sheets or towels and damaged items must be paid for to replace them. Only cats and dogs are allowed. Gate will not be useable for guest. House rule violations can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. There are no cameras inside the house. Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors.
