There is no parking onsite but with a Walk Score of 99, Transit Score of 100 and a Bike Score of 62 (it is Nob Hill...) this is a pedestrian's paradise. A multitude of restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment options abound nearby. Well-behaved cats and dogs are welcome with additional pet deposit and monthly pet rent. Dogs require $500 pet deposit + $50/month pet rent, cats require $300 pet deposit + $25/month pet rent. Breed restrictions may apply, per owner's discretion. Utilities include: Water, Trash, Sewer, Steam Heat. Tenant responsible for their own metered gas/electric (PG&E). 1 year lease required.
