St. Augustine Apartments used to be a great place to live but now it is awful. THe apartment manager is a hardcore drug addict. Work orders never get done. The manager has no clue of how to run the place. Dont give her your personal info because she WILL lose it. She has wanted felons living in her apartment. When she does try to fix things she blames the residents for her mistakes. I lived here for five years and would have loved to live here forever had it not have been for the awful management and the owners lack of care for her property. Not only is this place infested with criminals and drug addicts but the manager has allowed this place to be over run with Bed Bugs and roaches and she takes for ever to treat them once she is notified of the infestation.

These Apartments are FILTHY dirty and infested with RATS which the property manager refuses to deal with - I am literally watching one of the apartments be mitigated because of mold in the walls and the property manager also refuses to deal with that. DO NOT rent an apartment here - its disgusting, and unsafe to live here.
