We are looking for people who are considerate about their cleanliness (you clean up your messes, you do your dishes), who are respectful (of your neighbors, of your fellow roommates, and of the space we share), and who exhibit maturity, flexibility, and a good sense of humor. Bottom line: we want to live with some fun, interesting people who enjoy a good time, but who understand that this is a beautiful family home in a residential neighborhood.
