The Presidio Residences is pleased to announce the availability of a historic 4-bedrooms, 2.5-bathrooms 2390 sq. ft. duplex in our Presidio Boulevard neighborhood. Presidio Boulevard homes were originally built for officers’ families during World War I. The neighborhood is conveniently located within walking distance of the Presidio Promenade, as well as the trails and the Main Post. It also provides easy access to the Lombard, Chestnut, Union, and California Street retail corridors. Minimum bid starting at: $10,500* monthly, 544-B Presidio Boulevard has a renovated kitchen, formal living and dining rooms, and fully updated bathrooms. It also features a single-car detached garage and a sleeping basement with laundry hookups. We will have an open house on Saturday, October 18 from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm. We will begin accepting bids for the home immediately after the open house and ending on Tuesday October 21st at midnight. *Bidding Information: A bid package must include a brief proposal letter containing the following: initial monthly rental rate lease commencement date lease term – 1 year minimum annual rent escalation factor % And any additional information you care to add All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residence. Submittals will be evaluated based upon proposed financial terms and proof of ability to perform. The Presidio Trust and Presidio Residences will evaluate all submittals and conduct the selection process. The Presidio Trust is the sole and final decision-maker regarding this selection and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or terminate lease negotiations at any time, and to modify or suspend any or all aspects of the process. Additional Information: Holding deposit is $10,500 Application fee is $46 per adult Parking permits for each additional vehicle is $100 per month – 3 cars maximum Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500 deposit per pet, and a pet rent of $75 monthly per pet.
