I can’t praise 841 Memorial enough. I lived there for a year and enjoyed every minute of it. We even had regular social events on the rooftop or with our sister complex in little 5. The apartment was nice, spacious and clean. Honestly I would have stayed longer but I moved in with my fiancé. 10/10 would recommend!

Maintenance is prompt and professional, and management communicates with grace and care. As a single woman, I love the private garage parking, secure access, and overall safety of the complex. However, I’m disappointed when pet owners don’t always clean up after their pets and when my guests are questioned by other residents pertaining to their presence on the premise, which has made them feel unwelcome at times. Overall, I truly love my apartment, the area, and the sense of peace I have in the Old Fourth Ward and Ponce City community.
