I lived in Hampton Hall for 2 years and I highly recommend the property to others who are looking for great location and affordability. The community is very safe, maintenance is very quick and friendly, and the staff is also very nice and honest (which I think is rare these days as most rental places are out to get as much as your money as possible). 5 stars.

My favorite apartment. I lived in the Hampton Hall apartments from 2014-2019. Management is slow but honest. Maintenance was pretty fast (or at least as fast as I've ever had in an apartment complex). Prices were so, so reasonable. The townhouse apartment I lived in stayed cool in summer and warm in winter. I almost never heard from the neighbors (although everyone I met in the apartment complex was kind and considerate). The neighborhood is both safe and walkable. The apartments themselves are what you make of them. You'll need 1000 lamps to get enough light, not all models have washer/dryer hookups (but mine did), and the apartment styles are from the 70s. However, if you add lighting, wall, and floor decorations, they start to feel very homey very quickly. Maybe get someone with an eye for interior decorating to help you set up, if that's important to you. Can't recommend enough. If you have to live in an apartment, these are great.
