I've been living here for about 3 years. I'm not sure why people are saying there are rats because there are absolutely none or pests problems, which I even ask the maintenance men about when they do need to come to my apartment for anything. I am also somebody who is very is paranoid about bugs, pests, rodents, etc., so I would not be living here AT ALL if that was the case. The initial staff was great, I will say and was part of the reason I ended up living here. I love the location and whenever friends visit, they comment on how great the location is because it's so close to many places like grocery stores, restaurants, and literally everything and close to the highway.
I will say the newest staff is much better than the staff we've had since the initial staff when I moved in. I do think they should be MUCH better at answering the phones, that can be very frustrating. I never thought this complex was dirty, even before this staff. However, they did get a new maintenance and cleaning staff and I must say the hallways are cleaned regularly and it doesn't smell on the first floor where the gym is like it used to. The new staff does set the standards higher than previous staff and they do send out regular emails with rules & regulations, so sometimes I do think people aren't paying attention. Setting a higher standard does help with upkeep.
My unit is great. My only con really is the carpet in living area. I wish that wasn't a thing but everything else is fine. Even if I do plan to move, I would still stay in this building. Anyway, I love living here. I haven't had any major issues. I've been here a while and thought it was time for a review.

I currently live in the Cliftwood apartment homes. I must say the New manager’s job performance has compiled me to write this review. Becky is awesome. Every time I have a maintenance request the maintenance team is on the job. Chris the maintenance guy is willing and ready to take on any challenges that come his way. The new staff has proven themselves to be Top-Notch Leasing Consultants. They are professional, kind, and caring. Between Keyshawn and Yonca backing up Becky, I am relieved and reassured when I put in a maintenance request the job will get done. Becky hired the right team for this community as they continue to prove themselves to residents I must say I am more and more impressed with the professionalism and positive environment they provide when you enter the Leasing Office. Whenever I need to talk to staff Becky assures me they are here for the residents and will go over and beyond when needed. I have also talked to other residents regarding the New manager, and they all said Becky is great and a breath of fresh air. So, if you ever need a High-end place to stay. Come check out the Cliftwood. You will be pleasantly surprised.
I have been living here for a year now, and I just resigned for another year. This year has been truly amazing, I love my apartment, the location, the staff, and the amazing amenities that The Cliftwood has to offer.
Back in 2018- 2022, my ex-boyfriend lived here, and I would come periodically to visit. Even though the management team changed, the property remained the same. As of last year, I moved back to Georgia from Ohio and leased the apartments that I am currently in. Becky has done a fantastic job with taking care of me regarding concerns I may have had. I truly admire how attentive and detail-oriented she is. She provided the best living experience for me. I would also want to shout out the Leasing agent, whenever I see her, she's always so kind and filled with energy.
The pricing for the Cliiftwood is fair/affordable for the area. One thing I would say that is a con is that the living room has NO LIGHTS and you'll have to get laps and most of the 1 bedrooms have carpet in the living room area. Which for me, it was a deal breaker. But, due to how great Becky took care of me when I moved in to now, resigning. I made it a back burner.
The moral of the story is if you are looking for a cute apartment with reasonable pricing and a great location. I WOULD MOVE HERE, Becky tries very hard to upkeep the property and it shows.

The management and staff at The Cliftwood are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for me and mine because I can walk to get groceries, the movies, and a number of food options. The social room has a great setup and the rooftop is pretty special to hang out with your guest. One of the things I appreciate the most is that my maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Thanks Cliftwood!
I love my daughters apartment here and she has nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff! It’s very spacious and looks new. My visit was exceptional and I met some of her neighbors while we were getting coffee downstairs. It’s in a busy area but that’s what she likes!!

A great community in Sandy Springs! Responsive and kind leasing staff and maintenance staff. Great amenities and competitively priced for the area. My partner and I conducted an extensive search and liked the location near shops and restaurants and the highway. We are an older couple but are pleased to see families and dogs and people of all ages. They keep the common areas clean and the units are spacious for their size. Highly recommended!

Great location, walkable to surrounding restaurants, coffee shops, shopping..etc. Interior finishes are also great. Jacqueline from the leasing office was awesome - and quick to answer any questions that came up before and after my move-in.
Cliftwood is the BEST. Moving here from a place that left me stressed and unhappy has been one of the best decisions made. My husband and I continually talk about how safe we feel and how much we love our space. We honestly knew we were going to love living here when we met our leasing agent, Dana. Just from how she speaks on the property with so much expertise, she exudes the highest amount of professionalism. Dana's compassion that she has for the residents, both present and future, shows that she will take care of you and make sure that things are taken care of. WE love the Cliftwood. Thank you guys for making this place our home at this stage of life we are in.
