I am happy with the outcome of my maintenance request. Unfortunately, it took two request to get the job done correctly. The first fix was a bandaid fix. Not knocking the guy that fixed it, he was doing what he was instructed to do. My original request stated what was needed to do the proper job, it just took two times before it was done properly. I'm still waiting for a contractor to come in and take care of another job needed! Was told that he is currently working at another complex? All I know is that it has been more than 3 weeks, already! It's getting old!! All I needed this time around was the fluorescent bulbs getting replaced in the kitchen light fixture. They just replaced them a couple months ago, and had to be replaced again. I believe that they keep burning out because the fixture is probably the original, from back when the complex was built in the 80s, and is starting to fail. I don't know?? I only have that light on when I am in the kitchen. The light is turned off when I leave the room. I don't leave lights on, when not in use, so they shouldn't burn out quickly. That's all!

ALL of the women in the office are helpful don't remember everyone's names... But they are super friendly. Alejandra is who was able to get me in so fast. I have had a couple of issues and maintenance Malachi is always fast to get there to fix things. There is always going to be things wrong with apartment places but so far bring here I am satisfied. And it is quiet. :)
