I’m posting a 5 star rating for Kirby Hamilton. As a resident of Lakeside at Milton Park, I’ve known Kirby Hamilton for several years and throughout all of this time he has consistently presented himself as a true professional in every way. He is very tenant focused, courteous, communicates well, and - perhaps most importantly - he fixes things. You know that when Kirby comes over for a repair you’re not going to have to call back for a follow up. This guy really hustles and is an asset. You don’t want to lose him!
I've lived here for over 2 years and it's been a great experience. Everyone at the front office is incredibly friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond and they are so nice and always do a great job. The apartments are clean and nice. Some are updated and they look really good! The pool is big and always clean. The gym building could use a little updating. It's a great place to live. I highly recommend.
We lived at Lakeside at Milton Park for a year and a half and only left due to moving out of state. Kiran the Assistant Community Director is amazing and made our move so much easier.
The team at Lakeside at Milton really dedicates themselves to ensuring their tenants are happy and comfortable. They often schedule outside community events during the summer.
The maintenance team is the best I have ever experienced, they are always quick to resolve any issues.
The property has a wooded walkway that leads to the main Alpharetta paved walkway along the creek.
We will definitely be returning if we are ever in that area again.

I lived on the property for 8 years. I loved the fact that requests were completed fast and all of the staff were phenomenal. Liz and Melissa should be promoted to regional managers or directors. If I ever had an issue (far and few between) it was correct immediately. I’m sorry for the people who experience was different from mine, but I would wear tee shirts saying “Move To Lakeside At Milton Park”. I lost my beloved pet and wanted a change of scenery. Knowing what I know now, I should have transferred to another unit. Lakeside will always hold a special place in my heart. Very much felt like a home and I loved the tight knit community.
I've lived here since August 2022, and this has by far been my favorite apartment experience I've ever had (and I've had plenty of good ones!). There are great community events where I've met my neighbors and had a good time, the amenities are always clean and the property is generally very well cared for, but there is nothing better than the kindness and helpfulness of the staff here. From every small issue to the bigger ones (like an alarm going off every 24 hours), they've not only been incredibly fast to fix it, but they have also been so helpful to keep things in check. Everyone seems to genuinely enjoy working with us, and I love living here!
We completed our 12 month lease here & really enjoyed this complex. Victoria showed us the apartment & we loved working with her. Any maintenance issues we had (very minor) were taken care of by K & his team. K is the most friendly, kindness, member of the team. He always would wave & start a conversation with us. Many times I witnessed him picked up trash around the complex & keeping it clean. I appreciate people who go above & beyond & he always did. We are moving closer to work & are sad to leave this complex. We enjoyed walks around the lake, just steps away from our apartment. Everyone was so friendly & the apartments are beautiful. Thank you again to the team at Lakeside!

My husband, baby, dog and I think Lakeside at Milton Park is really great! Morning walks around the lake, great service, community get-together every month, etc. All very close to downtown Alpharetta and walkable to restaurants. We love it!
