Hi All, I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all for the great move in experience. Since moving to Atlanta in 2019 I’ve had nothing but bad rental experiences. Which has resulted in lawsuits and various issues. However my experience with Seven Pines has been such a great experience for me. Although I signed my lease almost two months earlier than my move in date I don’t regret my decision as the specials I was offered was honored. Upon walking through the apartment I learned that’s the water heater was making a loud noise and the water was not heating up properly. You all have diligently not only fixed the problem but replaced the water heater. Not only was this issue been resolved I’ve had a great experience with the entire staff. They have made it easy to deal with them. Since moving to Atlanta in 2019 I’ve had nothing but bad rental experiences. Which has resulted in lawsuits and various issues. However my experience with Seven Pines has been such a great experience for me. They have been attentive to detail and diligent in resolving any issue that has occurred. The property is clean and well maintained. The neighbors are friendly. Prior to finding this place I was contemplating moving back to Detroit but I’m glad I stayed and this place has made a difference in my life. This place is a hidden jewel.

Have to say I am cautiously impressed. A lot of the staff lives in the apartments which is a really good sign to me because they have a vested interest in the maintenance of the place. Everyone in the leasing office was very attentive, answered all our questions, and made sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciate Derek for helping us get started with some of the paperwork and Miguel for giving us a detailed tour of the apartment. Both were friendly and helpful. Pretty excited!
