I have called Northlake Apartments my home for 3 plus years. There is no other community in the area that I would rather live! Located in a fantastic area, close to shopping, grocery stores, great eats and easy access to the interstate, makes this a perfect place to call home! It is literally the best kept secret in Tucker!
Denise, the Community Manager, goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort and happiness of each resident. I have thoroughly enjoyed having Denise here, as a Manager. I know that if I have any issue, it will be addressed immediately.
Denise has made so many positive changes to our community! New cosmetics to the exterior, detailed maintenance enhancements, interior hallways fresh, beautiful flowers at the entrance, impeccably kept grounds along with her personal touch of having monthly resident appreciation community gatherings(social distance of course).

I have lived here almost 3 years. So glad they finally opened the pool. When i needed a maintenance request. They are quick to respond. No delays. Other than hearing, police, firetrucks or ambulances go by. Northlake Apartments are a very quiet complex.

Been here for almost 5 years. We chose this location because of the greenery around it, as well as the location was low crime. Since being here I have felt safe and never had an issue with strangers hanging around. The new Management has improved the grounds, fixed the pool the other Management Company said was too expensive to fix ( they instead were going to fill it in with concrete and build a playground for kids) In Atlanta it's much too hot to get rid of your only amenity with higher rent prices, for the old age of this complex. I was very pleased the new Management said they were fixing it. We have no problem with Maintenance,... The new owners are definitely working to improve the complex and Denise has been a large part of that. One thing I don't care for, and this is all apartment living, not just here is the lack of respect you get from some neighbors. Children running and jumping on the floors, screaming at the top of their lungs, people not cleaning up after their pets, and littering themselves... However every issue I have had here , has been addressed. Because of these improvement's we may be staying here for another year if the price is right.... :)

This is a quiet, well-managed complex. Neighbors are pleasant. Maintenance keeps up with the grounds. It's lit enough at night where I feel safe to walk/walk my dog. Denise does an amazing job at engaging with tenants, providing community events, and being an overall good landlord. Enjoy living here.

I've lived at Northlake Apartments for over 2 years. Great Location! Great Price! Everything is just GREAT here. Probably the best apartment I have lived in my entire life. The property manager Ms. Denise Patterson is an amazing person, always helpful and patience. She cares about her residents like her own family. I enjoyed living here. I would recommend anyone to move here. You get what you pay for, and it's worth it.
