My son and I did a tour with Blade today, he was very knowledgeable about the property, he answered all questions and made us feel welcomed, I would definitely recommend Helios Apt’s to anyone looking for an apartment. Also my son’s are looking forward to becoming a new residents soon.

I absolutely love my new place 🫶🏽. Blade was such a great help . He was still nice and respectful even though I called up there maybe 10 times before I actually moved it. He made sure I knew everything and gave me a tour of whatever unit I wanted ….shoutouts to the unit with the snacks 😂. I’m happy to finally be a resident. I love love love all the amenities and everything is super clean . Again SHOUTSOUT to Blade, make sure you ask for him everytime ‼️
