Iyan helped us with the move in/leasing process. He was really informative and quick response times to emails/calls.
The application process wasn't too complicated and the approval didn't take too long.
Had a pretty good experience with the leasing office's customer service.
We toured and loved Enso! It definitely has checked all our boxes and is in a beautiful neighborhood. Iyan was really helpful and attentive EVERY step of the way. I would recommend both Iyan and Enso if you are looking for a home in Grant Park area.

Ms. Da-Kysha, Corey and the ENSO Team are amazing and it is clear that they truly care about the residents here. In the last 3.5 years of living at ENSO, Ms. Da-Kysha has followed through on suggestions for gym improvement, provided unmatched responses times to any concerns or requests and worked to foster a sense of community at ENSO by providing community events. It's this level of care, attention to detail and kindness that makes me want to remain a resident here. Thank you for all you all do!

Iyan and the team at Enso were incredibly helpful throughout my apartment search. He was thorough, followed up regularly, and made sure I met all the move-in requirements with ease. The whole process was smooth thanks to Iyan’s attention to detail and professionalism. Not to mention, the available unit I’m renting is a DREAM! I highly recommend working with this team!

So many times we only want to leave a review on all the negative things that is going on here at Enso.
Today, I want to express my delight in being a resident here. I would like to give a big applause to Ms. Dakysha Harris, the Business Manager here at Enso. I met her on the first day that she started working here. From that day to now, she has been working to ensure that ALL of the residents and the surrounding areas are taken care off. Her professionalism, dedication, get the work orders completed and done correctly is what she is all about. If there has ever been a situation in which I was not pleased with any work orders being done in my unit and I contact her, rest assure it will be corrected. She is not a sit in the office type of manager. You will find her walking the property, engaging with the residents and retail owners to make sure all is well and checking to see what needs to be done.
I would also like to give a big thumbs up to Mr. Cory Rhodes, the Asst. Business Manager, here at Enso. He has really gotten into his leadership role and has that take charge and get the job done mentality also. If I can't get in contact with Ms. Harris he is happy to step in and take care of the situation. With all of that being said, I have nothing but admiration and gratitude for all that they do and are doing here at Enso. It's not always going to be good, however if we the residents will all work together along with Team Enso, we will continue to make Enso a great place to live.

I recently signed a lease for a new apartment at Enso and I couldn’t be more pleased with the process. Going through the lease agreement was smooth and straightforward. The leasing team made sure everything was clear. In particular, Iyan was incredibly helpful. He answered all my questions with patience and was able to accommodate the best timeline for me. Overall, my experience has been very positive, and I’m excited to move in.

It’s very hard to find genuine leasing managers at apartments now and days but Corey changed my judgment . He’s very professional and proactive on things getting done. During my application process, he had effective communication and even helped me with discounted rates. Even after my moving in process, the continuance of helping never stops. Corey is the reason Enso is still standing.
Iyan was great to work with throughout the process of touring through getting moved in. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The apartment has great amenities and is in a great location!
