Great Community and overall space to reside in. Pet friendly is a huge pro. Space and overall design of rooms have been done very well. Even living next to Marta, it isn't very loud. Safe community in my opinion. The staff works hard to meet all needs and is exceptionally accommodating. Easy lines of communication; easy to pay rent and easy to put in request for maintenance. They are on top of things here.

I love living here! Everyone in the leasing office is so nice and they have community events every month. Kudos to our maintenance team as well because they get things done fast and efficiently. The amenities are nice. Overall experience after being here for 10 months is 5/5.

This is coming from the perspective of a graduate student who has lived here for nearly a year and has three main priorities for a place: safety, proximity to restaurants/things to do, and no parties/ruckus. We moved in in Sept 2022, and were helped by BJ. He was professional and pleasant to have guide us through the process of renting. The other two managers who keep this place running smooth are Malcom and Kyle. PROS: The apartment complex is fairly maintained. The park is owned by the city and is maintained very nicely, and is a nice place to sit & take in some natural scenery. The neighbors are all nice. There are families here, and people respect each other. Maintenance is super quick to respond. The day after we put in a request, someone is here to address the issue we are having. In our old complex we would wait 3/4 days until something is addressed. There is a dedicated parking garage that protects you car your the elements, and stop you from getting rained on when you are heading back home. Downstairs there is a restaurant which I quickly get food at when too busy, a nice bar that you can go to if you ever feel like going "out" but walking distance from your bed, and a pizza place. Price is good here. The reason we moved out of our old complex was because of a $500 price increase. We hope our next lease contract here does not increase tremendously. We are 13 minutes away from Emory, and 7 minutes away from LA Fitness. There is also a gym in the complex that you can use if you don't feel like driving. (Yes, there is a barbell for you gym rats!) The management continues to put community events, which we appreciate. We are busy sometimes so cannot go to them regularly, but they definitely try to foster a sense of community. There are usually police officers outside our complex or the adjacent one. I see this as a huge benefit because it helps deter crime and give that peace of mind to your home. Thank you officers. NEUTRAL: Mail room is in the office, so if you come after hours you won't be able to get your mail. This could also be seen as a pro because that lowers the risk of it being stolen. You can hear the train at night, and the traffic. I put this here because personally we enjoy it, but other may not like it. CONS: There have been some car break ins. There have been sights of broken glass in the parking garage. To be fair, break ins happen everywhere and management has been doing their best to address the issue. The have put up new fences, put up new cameras and notified the authorities. Overall, we enjoy this place. We recommend it to those not looking to live in true ATL, but want to be in the perimeter and close to things to do, while having the feeling of being at "home" and safe.
