I love it here at Skyhouse! I’ve been here for a year and just renewed my lease into a bigger unit. I love the front office staff Thomasina, Joley, Natasha and Nicole are awesome! All my needs are handled in a timely matter! The concierge is amazing and I love the maintained crew too! It definitely feels like home and I’ve made many friends here with other residents in the building.

Joley gave me a tour and I enjoyed the energy she had. I actually didn’t even have a tour scheduled but she was nice enough to give me one anyway AND was able to give me a tour of the apt with the exact layout I wanted AND helped me pick which floor to stay on. She was very informative and professional. The front desk woman was also nice and the entire complex seemed very chill and welcoming. I’m excited to move here. Thank again Joley

Just move into your house in the sky versus waiting for iconic building sites to finish their mess
This building provides Luxury, Location, and Leisure: According to the concise Oxford English Dictionary (OED) the term “luxury” extends from its Latin root Luxus “excess.” In this sense, this building exudes luxury. For example, not just one pool but two offering unrestricted views of the cityscape and the forested suburbs of Atlanta all the way to the mountains at Kennesaw. There are two combination rooms, one called the Sky Lounge and the other Sky Cafe offering a choice in terms of view, interior design and functionality. The lounge offers a formal dining room table, with a fire place, in close proximity to the two professional grade outdoor grills and prep kitchen. The long table also doubles as a work space outside of dinning hours. At the other end of the lounge lies a pool table that looks onto one of the two pools. This lounge maybe separated by lowering a divider creating two lounges. There are no less than 5 flat screen TVs between the lounge and the cafe. The cafe also boasts two up-to-date Macintosh work stations and an at times functioning printer. A conference room is within the Skycafe that gives residents a space for private meetings or presentations. Also on offer is a constant supply of hot drinks dispensed through a touch–screen–coffee machine. Connecting it all are not one or two but three elevators of German design and manufacture—think the Mercedes of elevators. In addition to a trash chute, there are dedicated recycling bins on every floor—35 recycle bins in all. Should those become full, large card board boxes may be disposed in the dumpster nestled in the loading dock.
Excess continues with four decks of available parking space managed by Park Simple. Any and all brands of luxury vehicles might be found among the cars here all the way from Rolls Royce down to a Hyundai. As per the rental contract, any vehicle not kept in tip-top condition may be removed by A Tow, so you will rarely find a junker giving you an eye sore. Improperly park vehicles will also be booted by Castle Parking LLC, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, so no double parking allowed here. On site there are 3 electric car charge stations and also a spa for your four legged pets. On one’s way back to the main building your path takes you past the bike storage that affords your bicycle a concrete bunker.
The building lies in North Buckhead on Stratford Road NE that intersects with Peachtree Road NE. With Skyhouse Buckhead at the center, the surrounding 5600 square feet (520 square meters) affords one no less than two of the most exclusive and luxurious malls in the Southeast that rivals anything in the world (NYC and London) and three other shopping centers. All of the six major banks in the USA stand ready to finance one’s shopping splurges. Diplomacy, academia, and the Church also holds a presence here. At 3400 square feet (316 square meters) no less than five, five star hotels offer amenities such as bars, spas, and accommodations. The Path400 affords one the use of the Red Line of the MARTA Buckhead Station. This allows travel to the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in under thirty minutes. Strolls up Stratford Road NE will provide a lovely elm—tree—lined walk.
Leisure or “time spent in or free for relaxation and enjoyment” (OED) makes Skyhouse Buckhead a distinction among luxury apartments. To ensure this The management provides concierge/security to ensure that contacts among resident, their guests, management, and staff remain respectful, helpful, cordial, and constructive. Several pillars of wisdom such as Old School B. And Aunt J. work as co-equal partners ensuring the smooth operation of the building itself. Leisure increased in the past few month with the much appreciated and well attended addition of three community events per month hosted by Ben and Megan of Apartment Life (a not–for–profit organization).
Go with the best, forget the rest. Just move in!
I'm here for 15 days, and I'm loving the experience. The support team is incredible, and I have noticed that the cleanliness of the common areas has been improving every day. The care with the perfume on my floor, and in the common area. The attention and care of the concierges.

I personally the modern vibe, the sleek gym, and the cozy yet social spaces. It’s perfect for balancing work, fun, and relaxation. I’ll definitely be renewing my lease
