I’ve lived at Sixty11th for over two years now and recently signed my third lease. I really love it here! I feel completely safe with all the security measures and concierge. Concierge, the office staff, and the maintenance people are always so kind and helpful. The building and amenities are well-maintained and clean. My view is breathtaking! The pool is really nice and has areas to rent for parties. My neighbors are nice too. It is very dog-friendly and the dog run is great to have! The location is amazing!! The restaurants, bars, and other activities within walking distance are plentiful. I really don’t have any complaints living here! I highly recommend it!

Jose has been wonderful from the day I toured up until now one month post move in. This building is always clean and all of the facilities are great. I wish all of the elevators were operating more consistently, but other than that my experience has been great.
