Love the place! Interior well designed for spacious rooms and accessibility as well as privacy. Grounds are well-kept with ample parking. Common areas are all you could require from pool down to receivables. Maintenance: Reported thru Residential portal that the bathroom outlet was not working in the afternoon and upon my return @7pm found a functional outlet. That's service! So far, so good!

I’m delighted with my tenancy here at Populus Westside due to many interactions in year 2023 and 2024. I can honestly say the leasing office and staff especially Dakota has consistently provided me with exemplary personal and business assistance when needed. Fulfilling my hardest expectations. Im sure I will remain FOREVER HAPPY throughout the remaining of my lease and New Year. Thanks to everyone.
