I’ve been living here for the past 6 months and I can say I’m content with my stay thus far. Even though I’ve had issues just like everybody else, I can say that one of the best things about this apartment complex is the maintenance team! Lofty is so attentive and makes sure the job gets done quickly and thoroughly. For example, I put in a maintenance request around 10pm on Thursday and it was fixed by the time I got home from work on Friday. I am truly grateful! Thank you!!

I had the pleasure of working with Marvin, and I can't say enough good things about him! His professionalism and friendly vibe made a fantastic first impression. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my dishwasher and got everything back on track before leaving, which was a huge relief. What truly impressed me was Marvin's meticulous attention to detail. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also took the time to explain what went wrong and how he resolved it. His respectfulness and efficiency were evident throughout the entire process, and he left the area spotless when he finished his work. 🧽🧹 It's clear that Marvin genuinely takes pride in what he does.
