I moved into the Arya in mid-June 2024, and while no apartment building is perfect, my experience has been great so far. Devin, in particular, has been exceptional!! His expertise and enthusiasm convinced me to choose the Arya over other options, including a house. Unlike many leasing agents who are helpful only during the move-in process, Devin has continued to provide excellent support even after my move. I feel safe here and have been enjoying the amenities, especially having a restaurant and a nail salon within the building. While the guest parking situation isn't ideal—though it's a common issue in Atlanta—the excellent service from Devin and Keyana has made me very happy to be a resident here.
