We offer a resort-style swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, outdoor entertainment and grill area, and much more. The community is pet-friendly accepting up to 3 pets per home. Camden Phipps is near major interstates, The Buckhead and Lenox Marta train station, and four of Atlanta's major hospitals. We partner with Vero, a third-party screening company, to verify the identity and income of all applicants. Camden residents can take advantage of an exclusive discount with CORT to rent furniture and accessories for your apartment home. As an Airbnb-friendly community, residents can host their apartment home on Airbnb part-time, up to 90 days per year. (Hosting is subject to local laws and regulations.) From the location, to the renovations, to the customer service — I am very excited to call the Camden home. When I arrived, I was greeted by Tonie and she was amazing. She was very patient with me, which means a lot. The property is beautiful, clean, & quiet which is great since I work from home sometimes. I had a really great experience. 10/10.

When we first checkout this community, we were told that the management treats residents like family. I remember thinking, "Sure, everyone says that". But now, after living here, I can confidently say this is the best apartment community I've ever been a part of. The management team is truly fantastic. Every time we visit the leasing office, we're greeted with big smiles and a genuine willingness to help. They don’t just say they care about the residents—they prove it through their actions. Tonie in the leasing office is an absolute gem! I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but I had to this time because the leasing office and management here are simply outstanding. Anytime we have a concern, they ensure all work orders are taken care of within 24 hours, which speaks volumes. It’s clear that they work very hard to make this a happy, welcoming place for everyone. If you're looking for a community with top-notch management that values its residents, this is the place to be!
