Our experience so far at The Huntley has been great. I personally love to hang out at the sky launch it has a great view. Everyone at the office is friendly, the maintenance guy Joel is very professional and he gets the job down.

I found The Huntley multiple ways (1) A very meticulous associate lived here; that was a plus. (2) I googled “safest and nicest apartment in Atlanta,” and this building showed up on the first page. I’ve been a homeowner for over 13-years. I sold my home during the beginning of the pandemic. My new house was massively delayed. Therefore, I had to find a place to stay in a pinch. After meeting Autumn, who is amazingly sweet and helpful, and viewing three units at The Huntley, I knew I was going to live here. I’m a fan of the European design; the dark wood floors, quartz countertops, Bosch appliances, huge kitchen sink, waterfall island, and marble bathrooms were superb. My particular floorplan was unique. It was a one-bedroom with a second den/office/bedroom area that proved to be the space that I used the most here. The view was excellent as well—stars glistening at night, breathtaking sunrises and sets. I know that Buckhead is going through things right now. However, you feel like you are in a St Regis quality utopia. I hear there’s never been a burglary in the history of the building, and I believe it; there are monitored cameras everywhere. You would be caught in an instant! Leslie was our maintenance supervisor. He was phenomenal, and we felt like family by the time we moved out. Joe was accommodating as well. Especially during my move out. Fallon, at the front desk, was always so sweet and helpful with my packages, Mail, deliveries, and anything I needed. Fabiane in the front desk was always attentive and kind! Stephen always helped when I needed a reset in the coffee den. My trainer lives here, so I spent a lot of time in our two-story gym; no need for that Lifetime membership! They have Pelotons! The penthouse lounge and grill area were great for hosting! This building has 24 hours Concierge, and they cater to your needs. If you need your bags brought down to the Uber for your luxurious trip, they will be there to help! Never disturbing parties, fights, or weed in the hallways. Classy residents! Very mature building.
