As I wrap up my time at Reserve at the Ballpark, I wanted to share my experience. While my move-in process had a bit of a rocky start due to some initial issues with my first unit, the team handled everything swiftly, efficiently, and with genuine care to ensure that one hiccup didn’t define my stay. Overall, I’ve been incredibly happy here. Any issue I’ve had—though rare—was always addressed quickly, thanks to the hardworking and responsive staff. The community is vibrant, with frequent resident events, and the maintenance team not only keeps everything running smoothly but also brings plenty of laughs (shoutout to Craig!). I’ve also found real connections with some of the leasing office staff (huge thanks to Brittany and Jeanine for always being amazing). If you’re considering moving here—do it! The location is unbeatable, parking is convenient, the staff is top-tier, and the new renovations add a fresh touch. The sense of community here, from the friendly neighbors to the dedicated team, has made my time at Reserve truly special. And yes, I’ll seriously miss the built-in surround sound speakers—kidding (but not really). I’ve made so many great memories here, and I’ll always be grateful for the experience.

This is probably the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! I have been here for going on 3 months and Brittany has been there with me since day 1! She patiently took time to help me find the best apartment to fit my needs and continues to be a great point of contact and help. Happy to be a resident!
