Jacob was great! I had a service request for a noise I heard in my bedroom that I thought was coming from the walls but ended up being the ceiling fan. Jacob serviced my request and did an amazing job. At first, we could figure out what the noise was or where it was coming from, so it took a little while to figure out the main issue. Jacob was great at troubleshooting and hearing me out to get to the root of the issue. He was very polite and best of all he was fast! 10 out of 10!

I’ve lived at the Penman for almost 2 years now and have really no complaints. Every issue I’ve had has been solved quickly and with care. The management is truly amazing and really are great people. I love my apartment and my neighbors. Living in Atlanta comes with things that happen in the city and much is out of the managements control. Especially with open lots that are meant for the upcoming addition to the Beltline. Many people don’t realize that we have to rate the Penman management based on things within their control. Our gated parking is excellent and very convenient. Our pool and clubhouse are beautiful and always super clean. The staff are easily accessible. It’s really all you can ask for in city living. I have enjoyed my time here!
