The living room includes a pullout sofa, a Smart TV with streaming apps, a neon “happy place” accent sign, forest green and burnt orange boho design, and high-speed Wi-Fi and Ethernet access. The kitchen features brand new appliances, a designer backsplash, fully stocked cookware and essentials, a coffee maker and kettle, and modern finishes throughout. The bedroom offers a premium queen bed, a Smart TV, a dark, calming color palette, fast Wi-Fi and an Ethernet port, and closet storage. The bathroom includes modern fixtures, fresh towels and essentials, and a clean, upscale finish. EV charging stations are available. Enjoy the resort-style pool, fitness center, BBQ lounge and games onsite. The building features stylish red brick urban design. Check-in and check-out times are mandatory unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. A $60.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10am or by the agreed upon check-out time. No shoes are to be worn inside the home, especially on the carpeted areas. Quiet hours start at 10pm on weeknights, 11pm on weekends, and end at 7am. There is a $500.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house for parties and/or large noisy social gatherings, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. There is a strict no-smoking policy in all units, and you will be fined $500 if you violate it plus the additional cost of the ozone machine to remove the smell. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. If any personal property is damaged, lost, or stolen, or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home. Turn off all lights when not in use. Garbage is not to be left inside the unit upon check-out if there is any left. Valet garbage pick up is everyday outside your unit, and you should leave garbage out between 6 - 7pm. We charge an additional $10 per guest after 3 guests. If we find any video games or board games, or remotes are missing, there will be a $100 charge to replace any missing games/items. Includes 1 Gbps internet speed with multiple Ethernet ports in the unit and community workspaces.
