We also charge $100 per day to heat the pool. The neighborhood is tucked away from the comings and goings of busy Central Phoenix but is so close to the highway, making travel to any part of the city a breeze. There are many walking paths and it is super close to the Valley Metro Rail, which runs from northwest Phoenix through Tempe to east Mesa. From Sky Harbor, you can take the rail to the Dunlap and 19th Ave stop. Uber and Lyft are also available in this area. No additional guests other than the ones staying are allowed without prior arrangement, with a $200 charge per person per day for violations. Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour. Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking. No animals are allowed, and bringing one will result in being asked to leave the premises. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking, vaping, or drug use, including on the porches, with a $500 fine for violations and an additional $25 charge for each piece of evidence found. No parties or events are allowed, and any noise complaints or police involvement could result in being asked to leave with no refund. Late checkouts can be arranged for an additional $100 fee, and a $150 charge applies to guests still on the property after check-out time. Loss of key will incur a $50 replacement fee.
