Since I moved in, Stacy has always been a lovely person to interact with. We do tend to keep to our selves so the interaction is very little. We moved in while they were finishing up with the renovations and we got brand new appliances flooring a new AC and faucets everything was clean and we do not have any bug issue. When we first moved in we maybe saw 2 roaches but as long as you keep your apartment clean I feel like you wont have an issue. The entire time we were moved in we have not had any bug issues. Any time I put in a maintenance request to fix something in the apartment it was resolved the same week and the maintenance men have been so polite and on top of the requests. I've lived in other places where the property manager doesn't even know you exist and would take weeks to get anything fixed or would be rude and this place is the complete opposite. The property itself is always kept clean and they do the landscaping every week. They are very pet friendly and almost everyone there are dog owners. There is a huge dog park in the middle and that is also kept clean. As long as everyone does their part to pick up after their pets.they also have a pool and in the summer it was available the whole time and was also very clean. I would definitely recommend this place.

Just moved here a month ago and can't be any happier! My wife also loves the place and amenities, lots of children playing together on the playground! Perfect spot if you have little kids! It's Definitely worth the $$ and everyone must come check this gorgeous apartment complex out

Crystal has been amazing from the start! I came in here really hoping to get approved but was feeling bummed out thinking i would get turned away- she took so much time out of her day just to give me that ease of mind and we managed to get myself moved in the day after! The apartments are spacious, clean. They are definitely family friendly, theres a lot of play space outside with the playground, they have a big dog park. I love my apartment, and I am so grateful for Crystal, she is very attentive and goes above and beyond to help with anything.

This is a wonderful family friendly apartment complex. There is a children’s playground, a bark park for your dog, barbecues, and even a cornhole area. There’s a beautiful swimming pool with seating and umbrellas. The landscaping is maintained beautifully and maintenance does a great job with any request. The property manager Crystal does a great job.

I have lived at Tallows over 10 yes and this is the first time I have felt welcomed and appreciated as a resident. Crystal in the office has been helpful on more then one occasion anytime I’ve need help with maintenance work orders or other.
Martin our maintenance came to fix my electric outlets in less then 1 hr that have not worked in entire 10 years I lived here. The grounds have never looked better he is always on top of things.
I am currently resigning on for another year and would recommend this place anytime.

I have been living here for about almost 3 years now and I’ve never had any MAJOR issues…I did have a small issue just a couple days ago and let me tell you how QUICKLY Stacy and her team were on top of it and making sure to make accommodations for me and my kids. I told her no rush as I know she is a busy woman but she still Managed to help me out that same day! I love it. My kids love playing in the playground with their friends that live here and all the neighbors living here are pretty friendly :)

My experience with Obsidian was great. Stacey was very professional and courteous. She handled some situations I had with the unit when it belonged to another owner. It is a good place to live in. Neighbors are nice and the complex is kept clean. She was very considerate and help full when my unit flooded. She provided cleaners and the maintenance guy Gabriel was on it fixing the problem. Very courteous and professional. I also got a new AC when mine went out. In the meantime I was provided with a portable AC unit that helped with the heat. Thank you Stacey and Gabriel for all your assistance and kindness.
