Since I moved in, Stacy has always been a lovely person to interact with. We do tend to keep to our selves so the interaction is very little. We moved in while they were finishing up with the renovations and we got brand new appliances flooring a new AC and faucets everything was clean and we do not have any bug issue. When we first moved in we maybe saw 2 roaches but as long as you keep your apartment clean I feel like you wont have an issue. The entire time we were moved in we have not had any bug issues. Any time I put in a maintenance request to fix something in the apartment it was resolved the same week and the maintenance men have been so polite and on top of the requests. I've lived in other places where the property manager doesn't even know you exist and would take weeks to get anything fixed or would be rude and this place is the complete opposite. The property itself is always kept clean and they do the landscaping every week. They are very pet friendly and almost everyone there are dog owners. There is a huge dog park in the middle and that is also kept clean. As long as everyone does their part to pick up after their pets.they also have a pool and in the summer it was available the whole time and was also very clean. I would definitely recommend this place.

Just moved here a month ago and can't be any happier! My wife also loves the place and amenities, lots of children playing together on the playground! Perfect spot if you have little kids! It's Definitely worth the $$ and everyone must come check this gorgeous apartment complex out
