I went to look at a small 1 bedroom w/Victoria at Copper Square. I live in NYC however was here in Phx caring for a loved one after her terrible surgery. I ended up falling and immediately needing knee replacement surgery and my apartment in NYC is up 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) so my Fiancé & I decided it would be best to rent a place get the surgery and heal for a couple of months, so that’s what I did!!! So I looked at a bigger 1bdrm & loved it! Told her that day I wanted it and the next day I was in!!! No deposit nothing! So I could just focus on surgery etc. I could not believe how lovely Victoria (Copper Square) is and how easy it was once they had my info. P.S. good credit helps! But seriously it was the best experience in my life renting or buying a place! I own an apartment in Midtown Manhattan and I own an apartment in Puerto Rico in the 22nd floor. So I’ve lived everywhere and had hundreds of apartments/houses in my life! I’m a bit on the older, I’m 50 yrs old, so I know what I’m talking about for sure! Thanks Victoria

Virginia is absolutely amazing to work. Fast, efficient, doesn’t waste time and straight to the point. Made touring the apartments enjoyable, fast and straight to the point. I wanted to live here, but couldn't wait for my dream home although I wanted to live here. The property is well kept, it’s owned and managed by Camden. They take care of it and it’s very obvious. Spacious units with unbeatable prices at a great location. Reviews are great, tour was great, location is great and Virginia was great. 5 stars.
