The townhouse operates as a smoke-free property for the comfort of all guests. Any evidence of smoking will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. No parties or events are allowed at the property. If a party or event occurs, a deep cleaning fee between $500-700 will be charged, along with a potential carpet cleaning fee. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am daily, and failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. Check-out is no later than 11am, and late check-outs must be approved by the host, with a fee of $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular check-out time. If guests stay past the check-out time without approval, they will be charged for the next night’s stay. The dedicated workspace includes a desk, ergonomic chair, PC monitor, and printer, making it ideal for remote work.
