The townhouse features three bedrooms with a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, and an airbed, ensuring a blissful night’s sleep. The primary bedroom boasts beautiful views from its Juliet balcony and includes a smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. The open floor living area includes a lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with cocktail glasses, elegant dinner sets, and coffee equipment including a French press and Nespresso machine. Relax in the lounge with a 60” HDTV and electric fireplace or enjoy a traditional family game night with the selection of board games. Free parking is available on the private driveway and four-legged friends are welcome. However, animals are not permitted to be left alone at any time in the rental. This modern townhome benefits from a central location, nestled within a residential neighborhood, giving you the best of both worlds – convenient, easy access to Seattle’s top attractions and a tranquil home-away-from-home. From here, you’re just a short drive away from Seattle’s most well-known sights, such as the Space Needle and beautiful Kerry Park, as well as within walking distance to some amazing local restaurants, bars, and stores. There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If guests throw a party or event, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have extra guests that are not disclosed in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which may be between $500-700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home. Strict quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, daily. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property. This also includes any form of cannabis or vape both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $500 deep cleaning fee will apply. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and are subject to a fee of $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time. Late check-outs must be approved and are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check-out. If guests stay past the 11am check-out time without approval, they will be charged for the next night’s stay. The townhouse includes a dedicated workspace with a desk, ergonomic chair, PC monitor, and printer, designed to facilitate seamless remote working.
