We moved to The Modern a couple of months ago and have absolutely loved it! The leasing office has been a refreshing change from our previous building—always helpful and attentive. The front desk staff have been consistently friendly and accommodating, which makes such a difference in day-to-day living. We’ve also really enjoyed the sense of community here, and the views are truly incredible! Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience, and I’d highly recommend The Modern to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I was visiting from San Francisco Bay. Saw a few units and the amenities with Kristina. She was very responsive and thoughtful with my questions about the units we saw. Absolutely lovely. If I move to Seattle this place will be high up on my list!
