In addition to these great in-home features, this LEED Certified Bellevue community is home to wonderful amenities like a rooftop fitness center, sundeck and resident lounge along with a rooftop clubhouse.

No move is simple nor stress free! However, my recent move to Avalon Towers Bellevue was as close to perfect as can be. From the application process to the move-in, I would like to commend the staff at Avalon Towers. I would like to especially call attention to CATHY MENDIOLA whose great care and attention felt more motherly than as an administrator. I will never forget how excited she was when she provided the first tour. She was so happy for me and my good choice of the floor plan. I waited two weeks to write this review because it all seemed too good to be true. But, the sincerity and support during my moving experience and setup has been exceptional. It was also great when Cathy took the time to come and see the apartment with everything in order and furnished. I also give a BIG shout out to the maintenance team who worked with Cathy to complete my move-in. I am looking forward to my stay at Avalon Towers in Bellevue and I wish all the best to Cathy and the staff for a job WELL DONE!

We've been living here for almost 2 months now and it's been lovely! We've had personalized assistance from Ana since the beginning and the monthly events are so nice! Residents are friendly and the gym is well equipped.
