I recently moved into Avalon Bothell Commons, and I’m very happy with my experience here! Marissa and Adam made my transition smooth and enjoyable—Marissa provided an exceptional, thorough move-in walkthrough, covering every detail and making sure I felt right at home from day one. Adam went above and beyond during my pre-move-in tour, patiently answering all my questions and really showcasing the community’s charm.
The community itself is beautiful, peaceful, and well-kept. The apartments are modern and thoughtfully designed with lots of closet space, and the kitchen is a dream! I especially love the gas cooktop and convection oven, which make cooking a breeze. It’s quiet here, and I’m truly happy to call it home. Highly recommend Avalon Bothell Commons to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I have been living here for some months now and I like it very much! I had a situation with my refrigerator and the maintenance crew fixed it right a way regardless of the day and time (Thanks Timothy and Travis!) The people at the Leasing Office are also very nice and helpful.

We've had a very positive experience and are very excited to be living at Avalon Bothell Commons: the amenities and common areas are new and well kept. Our townhouse unit has been convenient with its own garage and has A/C and that has been keeping us cool during the heatwaves. The community overall is very quiet.
Marissa has gone above and beyond and made our move-in super easy and painless and helped us coordinate our movers. She even showed us our unit on day of key pickup and has been easy to reach out to. Superb communication!

The Avalon Commons Bothell staff is incredible and patient. From the administrative staff (Joanna, Marissa, Lathisha, and Adam) to the maintenance crew (Brian and Mike). They were incredibly patient with me during the touring of the place, paperwork, and the move in. These apartments are so nice and quiet. The appliances are modern and incredible. The amenities are by far the best, I have seen at any apartment complex. They have an incredible gym, pool, and grilling area with tables and comfortable chairs. I was lucky to find a jewel of a place with an incredible staff. They even had a welcome home letter with two glasses of wine. By far exceeded my expectations in every way. Brian was incredibly patient with me during the pre-inspection. I told him how I was taken advantage of at my last apartment and he was kind enough to do an intense walk-through with me. Thank you Brian. Also, Mike part of the maintenance team, asked if he could help me bring in some of my items from my car. Overall, five stars!! I am happy to call this place home. A big thank you to all the staff for making me feel welcomed and belonged.

As of 1/12/25, we have enjoyed living here. Management is pretty consistent and the maintenance team is great at communicating and getting things done. Some of the complaints in earlier reviews are overblown. There hasn’t been a fire alarm issue in a few months, the power outage, in my opinion, was handled well with great communication, giving us credits towards rent and getting generators to help during that time. One recent review posted pictures of the quality of their unit. If they had read the leasing agreement, they’d know there was a 30 day period where they could move out with no penalty. They had opportunities to make a change but they didn’t. Our unit is great. It has a nice floor plan and has had minor issues that were handled by the maintenance team. This is a nice location in bothell that is close to woodinville. Rent is steep but where isn’t it steep in this area? Some minor complaints are they choose the WiFi connection for you. Not a fan of that but it is what it is. You also pay for parking but I guess that’s the norm everywhere. Other than that, it’s a nice place.
There’s been many false information on some of these most recent reviews. There hasn’t been a fire alarm issue in MONTHS! Don’t let this mislead you. As for parking, all of the information is in the lease agreement and if you have questions, ask management. End of story. You can even see id there’s a “bigger” spot open if you ask. Getting in and out of the apartment isn’t that complicated and taking a tour can be beneficial. Some of these complaints are ridiculous. They signed the lease agreement hence they agree with the terms. This place has a pool that is open in late spring, a 2 story gym, a nice clubhouse etc.
Review regarding dog attack has nothing to do with living here. This person needs to contact that owner directly instead of posting about it here.

I've been living in this apartment for four months, and I really love here! It’s a safe community with an indoor garage and free access to the gym and pool. The complex is kept really clean, and the management team is friendly and helpful. It’s not just a place to sleep; it's home! The only issue I have is the poor network. I use T-Mobile, and there's barely any signal inside my apartment.
