The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at home, and ample storage is available for your belongings. For your convenience, a washer and dryer, hangers, linens, towels, soap, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Located just east of downtown, this condo offers easy access to Austin's top attractions. You are only 0.6 miles from Downtown, Rainey Street, and Eastside Station, 3 miles from the UT Campus, and 12 miles from The Domain. Enjoy proximity to the river for kayaking and explore nearby Rainey Street, 6th Street, and Whole Foods along with many of Austin's top restaurants. Smoking, pets, fireworks, and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. Parking is available in one of the gravel spaces near the entry gate. Please avoid going out on the rooftop through the window and ensure minimal noise as there is a workspace below and another unit to the side. Exterior security cameras are present, and tampering with them is prohibited. If any furniture is moved, please return it to its original place. A $50 replacement fee per key applies if keys are not returned to the lockbox. The thermostat should not be set above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) to avoid system overload. Texas is home to many bugs, especially during cricket season, so keep windows and doors closed to manage them. Bug spray is provided under the sink if needed.
