Monthly. 2 dogs max. Maximum of 2 pets allowed. We are a pet-friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed- Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed. Restricted breeds include the following- Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois, and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons.

Please note: Applicant 2.25x rent is the minimum to be approved (and may require an additional deposit based on the screening recommendation) and higher than 2.25x the rent may be required to get a standard deposit.

This is a Beautiful property, not boring looking like most. Its very unique from the bright colors to the amazing art work in parking garage. Super close restaurants and Downtown.Spacious studio just right for me and my puppy Winchester. Absolutely loved the pet playground and rooftop lounge, fitness studio always a plus. Huge shout out to Krista (property manager) my experience was fantastic!
