It's a short walk to breakfast at Luna Park Cafe, 1 mile to Alaska Junction, and super close to Alki Beach. The apartment is also near the West Seattle Bridge, making the center of the city just minutes away. The townhome is in a building with common walls, so sounds from the other units can sometimes be heard. There is a $250 smoke remediation fee for evidence of smoking indoors and a $250 fee for breaking the "no pets" rule.
