This updated space offers a cozy ambiance. It features a 55" 4K Roku TV with YouTube TV, keyless entry, fast Wi-Fi/fiber internet, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a private balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, utensils, a Keurig with coffee and tea, salt, pepper, creamer, and sugar. Enjoy rooftop dining with BBQ grill access and breathtaking views of the Olympic, Cascade, and Rainier mountains. Free street parking is typically available within a block or two, and a parking pass is provided. Pets are welcome with a fee of $10 per night, and will need to be added as an extra guest. Please message for information on breed restrictions set by the property. North Beacon Hill is one of Seattle's most diverse, vibrant, and scenic neighborhoods. The location boasts easy access to the Link Light Rail that'll transport you to and from the airport, in addition to some of Seattle's other great neighborhoods and attractions. With a walk score of 85, this area is very walkable, with many amazing bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks all within a few minutes walk or drive. Downtown Seattle is less than 3 miles away, and I-5 and I-90 are minutes away. It is 4.5 miles to the Space Needle, 3.1 miles to Pike Place Market, 2.5 miles to Downtown Seattle, 2.1 miles to Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park, 7.0 miles to the University of Washington, and 12.4 miles to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Neighborhood enforced quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am daily. No loud music, voices, or any other loud noises are allowed during quiet hours. No smoking of any substance is allowed at any time on the property or within 20 feet from any windows or doors. All windows and/or doors must be closed when smoking nearby the unit. A $250 smoke remediation fee or the actual cost of remediation, whichever is higher, will be assessed. Only those guests stated on the reservation are allowed on the property without prior consent. Unauthorized parties and/or events will be grounds for immediate termination of your reservation without a refund. Please do not tamper with any security devices on the premises (inside or out). Doing so, can result in termination of your reservation and/or a fine of at least $100 or the cost of remediation. Sharing of door codes and/or building fobs without prior authorization is grounds for immediate termination of your reservation without a refund. No unregistered animals will be allowed on the property at any time. Lost or non-return of building fob = $250/fob. Lost or non-return of garage remote = $300/remote.
