Grocery stores are blocks away and the bus lines run right past our front gates. Beacon View Apartments is located at the corner of12th Avenue South and Massachusetts, just 3 blocks away from Amazon. com and beautiful community parks.

I have lived in Beacon View for almost 7 years. I have to say that I have enjoyed my stay there. The staff made it much more enjoyable. I especially love the community events. Thank you Chet for making the closing of our time there seamless. I am eternally grateful.

Ive lived here in BVA for 3 plus years in my 242 sq ft studio. I am Seattle born n raised and have lived on Capitol hill, Magnolia, and Beacon hill. Beacon View is in a great area, not a complete zoo like Capitol hill. The staff are great, the people here are great. Close to a ton of great food. little Saigon and China town is full of tasty places to eat. All is well here
