I cannot leave enough praise for this staff! Due to my job I am not readily available by phone and cannot tour the property in person as in currently working on the east coast. Most properties give you a “take it or leave it attitude” because of this. However, this staff has gone above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and excited for a move. Shirley is like having a personal assistant who is happy to help and answer any questions/concerns I have. I had read some of the reviews, and most of the negative ones seem to be people who don’t understand that these are pre-leases because the property is not ready to open until this fall (says so all over their website). Kudos to the entire staff for their hard work and dedication.

I had an amazing experience working with Salah and Brady at Cru at Willows! Salah Alqinawi is incredibly patient, professional, and attentive throughout the entire tour process. He took his time to show me multiple units with the best attitude, answered all my questions, and made sure I found the perfect unit that met my needs. He showed me the unit with the best view of Rainier! He is so warm and sincere and makes you feel like he also really enjoy this apartment complex. This apartment has the best view in Redmond and I was so surprised to see the Rainier right in front me with lots of beautiful green valleys!
The level of care and dedication Salah showed was truly impressive, and it made the apartment-hunting process so much easier and stress-free. I want to thank Salah here again for his beautiful smiling eyes and patience and professionality! I also want to thank Brady for leading such an efficient and professional team! I really recommend here!
The Cru has been great! The Building is beautiful, taken care of, and the systems work smoothly (deliveries/communications/etc.). The front office team is friendly, down to earth, and very knowledgeable. 🏡😊👏🏻
The front office went above and beyond to help with all the application process. Shirley and Mkenna were great! Also Manuel, the maintenence man has been so kind. My dog adores him too! He even helped me move a new couch in and is always prompt and very kind! I have not had such nice people manage a building EVER! I love it here!

I recently moved into Cru and the experience has been great. MaKenna, the Community Director, gave me an awesome initial tour that made the decision so much easier. Shirley, the Manager, has been super helpful and made the whole move-in process really smooth.
Big thanks to Alex as well for taking the time to give me a second tour when I had more questions. It really showed how much they care about making sure residents feel comfortable.
Overall, The team is fantastic, and the community feels welcome

I have had an outstanding experience with the team at The CRU at Willows during the preleasing process. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They were always responsive, answered all my questions, and provided valuable information that made choosing my new home a breeze. I’m thrilled to be moving in and can’t wait to call this place home. Highly recommend The CRU at Willows for anyone looking for a top-notch leasing!
Reached out over the weekend to lease a 2 bedroom apartment. The leasing team responded quickly with the unit pricing and expected grand opening in September. Will be applying to this cool building once they open for applications. So close to my office along willows road, hard to beat the location for me.
My lease recently ended, and I was considering relocating to CRU. Although it did not fit my needs, the team at CRU was exceptional! Great customer service and communication from the team! The units are beautiful, and the location is prime!
Will recommend all my friends to check this place out!

Huge shoutout to MaKenna for making the whole process easy and smooth; she was able to provide housing/movers/storage up until our move-in date. She genuinely cared about making my transition as seamless as possible.
Although we had a bit of a rough start, the CRU team were incredibly accommodating and worked diligently to resolve any issues that came up. They went above and beyond to ensure that we felt comfortable and settled in, which I truly appreciated.
I’m thrilled with my new home and the beautiful amenities the complex offers. I highly recommend Cru At Willows to anyone looking for a stunning place to live with a supportive leasing team. They made my move a positive experience and I’m grateful for their assistance!

Imagine paying the application fees + holding fee when your move in date was suppose to be Aug 19 just for them tell you, oh you guys can’t actually move in until October. And to let me know 3 days before the move in date? And they only want to refund the holding fee? Why? We applied to move in on August since that’s what it says on the website. Why do they make it seem it’s our problem that the complex won’t be ready until October? We literally followed everything they asked and need for. Shirley Luxana was so adamant on getting the documents in for what? Just for her to tell me we can’t move in after getting approved is CRAZY. Waste of time, money and energy. Insane.
I recently pre-leased an apartment here, and I couldn’t be more excited about my decision! Shirley and Makenna made the entire pre-leasing process so easy and stress-free. From the first inquiry to signing the lease, they were incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive to all my questions. Their attention to detail and friendly approach made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process.
The building itself is fantastic, with modern amenities and a prime location that’s close to everything I need. Looking forward to moving in. Highly recommend checking this place out!
