I have been a resident for a year and a few months. Thank you to The Bond team over this last week during the power outage. You ensured that we were consistently updated regarding PSE information, city of Redmond, etc to the best of your knowledge. The maintenance staff ensured the property was safe (ie temp lights in the hallways and stairwells, walking the property). And letting us know that we were all in it together.

Reyna, Greg, and the maintenance staff do a great job! Everyone is genuine, warm, and friendly. Overall really positive experience living here and love being so close to Marymoor park!
