Pets are allowed but must be included in the booking; bringing pets without them being included in the booking will incur a $300 charge per pet, per violation. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony; violation of this policy will result in a $250 fine for cleaning and odor removal. Any lost key or fob/key combo will result in an additional $120 fee, and if the fob/key combo is not placed in the lock box during check out, that will be an additional $100.
